Our Municipal Hospital: We are increasing the number of hospital beds in our Municipal Hospital to accommodate more patients. We have invited visiting consultants on a 1 peso a year consultancy service to join our limited medical pool. We shall augment the staffing system to operate the third floor of the building which remained idle for a long number of years. We are currently installing 10 air conditioning units in all charity wards for the convenience of the patients. Philhealth Chief Operating Officer, Atty. Alex Padilla, who graced our oath taking, has issued an accreditation certificate finally putting our hospital under Philhealth watch. All Philhealth card bearing members will finally be able to secure medicines from our pharmacy FREE of any costs as the same will be shouldered by national government agency. We can realign the funds we use to subsidize our meds to other social services that can directly benefit our people. Expect the arrival of new ambulances in the coming month.
